The Forklight PTL24V Lamp Kit is a plug-and-play lighting upgrade designed specifically for the entry level electric pallettrucks. Unlike conventional work lights that only illuminate the area directly in front of the truck, the PTL24V creates a wide illuminated work area around the pallet truck, making it easier to see obstacles while also making the truck far more visible to pedestrians and other warehouse users.
Integrated flashing amber marker lights continuously draw attention to the pallet truck, helping reduce the risk of collisions in busy warehouses, production facilities and loading areas.
The entire kit is designed for a clean OEM-style installation and can be installed in less than 15 minutes, without cutting or modifying the original wiring.
Wide-angle work light
Most pallet truck work lamps produce a narrow forward-facing beam. While this may illuminate objects at a distance, it often leaves the area around the truck poorly lit.
The PTL24V uses an aggressively concaved optical lens that spreads the light over an exceptionally wide angle. The result is:
- Better visibility around both forks
- Improved illumination during pallet pickup
- Better awareness when maneuvering in confined spaces
- Reduced dark spots around the truck
Instead of creating a single bright hotspot, the light is distributed across the working area where the operator actually needs it.
Flashing amber safety lights
Each lamp includes integrated high-visibility flashing amber LEDs.
These continuously flashing markers makes the operator more visible to other forklifts.
The flashing lights significantly improve visibility in:

Magnetic installation
Strong industrial magnets allow the lamps to be mounted securely without drilling.

Plug & Play wiring
The supplied wiring harness is manufactured specifically for the EP F4.
Installation consists of:
- Remove the red pump cover.
- Connect the supplied plug to the factory spare connector.
- Route the cable through the existing cable path.
- Position the lamps using the magnetic mounts.
- Replace the cover.
No soldering, crimping or wire cutting is required.
